I deeply believe that every person carries within them the capacity to heal, transform and achieve a fuller, more conscious life. My approach is born from ancestral wisdom and is supported by five essential pillars that I consider fundamental to balance and integral wellbeing.

Quieting the mental noise to create a space of inner silence, reconnect with our essence and cultivate greater clarity.

The body holds memories and tensions. Bodywork releases blockages and supports the body's natural healing processes.

I am a holistic practitioner and, since childhood, I have felt a profound connection to higher consciousness—an inner guidance that has shaped my path, deepened my empathy, and led me through profound personal transformation.
Today I dedicate my work to helping others heal and grow through an integrated mind-body-spirit approach. Rooted in deep reverence for nature and spiritual insight, I create a grounded, sacred space where those who come to me can release what no longer serves them and reconnect with their inner clarity, peace, and wholeness.

Reiki Master
In my Reiki practice I facilitate deep processes of energetic release that help dissolve blockages and restore harmony in the body and the energy field.
Sessions may feel subtle or intensely emotional, but they are always oriented towards greater balance, calm and inner coherence.
Through attentive presence and my channeling gift, I offer a safe energetic container for spiritual and emotional healing—helping each person reconnect with their centre and cultivate deep, lasting peace.
Movement
Chi Kung Teacher
Chi Kung is a gentle and accessible practice for people of all ages. Through slow movements, conscious breathing and mindful attention, it helps us reconnect with the body, vital energy and a deeper state of calm.
In my classes I guide people to cultivate Qi in a simple and natural way, supporting the relaxation of the nervous system and greater balance between the body, emotions and mind.
Through grounding movements, conscious breathing and a meditative attitude, the practice helps improve circulation, strengthen vitality and develop greater inner stability. Over time, the energy becomes clearer, more fluid and more available for daily life.
Bodywork
Therapeutic Massage / Quiromasaje
Therapeutic massage helps release accumulated tension, relieve muscular discomfort and improve the body’s mobility, fostering a deep sense of wellbeing and relaxation.
In my sessions I work especially on the areas where we tend to accumulate the most load and stress—such as the back, spine, shoulders and hips—helping to release contractions and recover the body’s natural flexibility.
I use different massage and myofascial release techniques adapted to each person, with the aim of reducing pain, improving posture and returning to the body a sense of greater lightness, balance and rest.
Meditation
Meditation
Meditation is not about «switching off» thoughts or forcing the mind to stop. Rather, it is about changing the focus: moving from the endless chatter of the mind to the wisdom and sensations of the body.
The gateway to this awareness is the breath. By slowing the breath and using mindfulness techniques, the mind naturally quietens and you connect with your energy, the sensations and the emotions of your body.
Traditional Chinese Medicine
Chinese Cupping Therapy, Gua Sha and Moxibustion
My work with Chinese Cupping, Gua Sha and Moxibustion is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to support circulation, stimulate lymphatic movement and help the free flow of Qi through the meridians.
Together, these techniques work synergistically to reduce pain and inflammation, improve circulation, strengthen the immune system, support digestive and hormonal balance, and promote deep relaxation and wellbeing.
Many people experience a sense of lightness, greater spaciousness in the body and renewed vitality as the body clears congestion and returns to a more balanced state.

Moxibustion (Moxa)
Applying heat to acupuncture points using the herb artemisa mugwort allows tonifying Qi and blood, dispelling cold and dampness, and restoring internal balance.

Chinese Cupping
Using gentle suction with cups—either held in place or moved across the tissues—I help lift stagnation from the fascia and encourage both physical and energetic release.

Gua Sha
A therapeutic scraping technique applied along specific meridians that stimulates microcirculation, releases muscular tension and supports the body's natural detoxification processes.
