Breath
Conscious breathing is one of the most powerful tools for returning to the present moment. Through it we can calm the mind, relax the nervous system, and restore the balance between body and mind.
Meditation
Meditation allows us to quieten mental noise and create a space of inner silence. In that space we can reconnect with our essence, listen to our intuition, and cultivate greater inner clarity.
Bodywork
The body holds memories, tensions, and accumulated emotions. Through bodywork — via conscious movement, therapeutic massage, and other practices — it is possible to release blockages, restore the body’s natural flow, and support natural healing processes.
Energy
Vital energy flows constantly through us and profoundly influences our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When we learn to perceive it, balance it, and allow it to circulate freely, we recover a greater sense of harmony and vitality.
Movement
Conscious movement awakens the body’s energy, improves circulation, and strengthens our connection with ourselves. Through movement we cultivate presence, stability, and a greater sense of vitality in everyday life.

About Me
I am a holistic therapist and, since childhood, I have felt a profound connection to higher consciousness — an inner guidance that has shaped my path, expanded my empathy, and accompanied me through profound personal transformation.
Today I dedicate my work to accompanying others in their processes of healing and growth through an integrated approach that unites mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in a deep respect for nature and a conscious spiritual vision, I create a space that is both sacred and grounded, where those who come to me can release what no longer serves them and reconnect with their inner clarity, their peace, and their wholeness.
Reiki Master
In my Reiki practice I facilitate deep processes of energetic release that help dissolve blockages and restore harmony in the body and the energy field.
Sessions may feel subtle or intensely emotional, but they are always oriented towards greater balance, calm, and inner coherence.

Chi Kung Teacher
Chi Kung is a gentle and accessible practice for people of all ages. Through slow movements, conscious breathing, and mindful attention, it helps us reconnect with the body, vital energy, and a deeper state of calm.
In my classes I guide people to cultivate Qi in a simple and natural way, supporting relaxation of the nervous system and greater balance between the body, emotions, and mind.
Through grounding movements, conscious breathing, and a meditative attitude, the practice helps improve circulation, strengthen vitality, and develop greater inner stability. Over time, energy becomes clearer, more fluid, and more available for everyday life.
Massage Therapist / Quiromasaje
Therapeutic massage helps release accumulated tension, relieve muscular discomfort, and improve the body’s mobility — promoting a deep sense of well-being and relaxation.
In my sessions I work especially on the areas where we tend to hold the most load and stress, such as the back, spine, shoulders, and hips — helping to release contractures and restore the body’s natural flexibility.
I use different massage and myofascial release techniques adapted to each person, with the aim of reducing pain, improving posture, and returning to the body a sense of greater lightness, balance, and ease.
Meditation
Meditation is not about “switching off” thoughts or forcing the mind to stop. Rather, it is about shifting focus — moving away from the endless chatter of the mind and towards the wisdom and sensations of the body.
The gateway to this awareness is the breath. By slowing the breath and using mindfulness techniques, you naturally quieten the mind and connect with your body’s energy, sensations, and emotions.

My work with Chinese Cupping Therapy, Gua Sha, and Moxibustion (Moxa) is rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to support circulation, stimulate lymphatic movement, and encourage the free flow of Qi through the meridians.
Using gentle suction with cups — either held in place or moved across the tissues — I help lift stagnation from the fascia and encourage both physical and energetic release.
Through Gua Sha, a therapeutic scraping technique applied along specific meridians, I stimulate microcirculation, release muscular tension, and support the body’s natural detoxification processes.
Moxibustion (Moxa), which involves applying heat to acupuncture points using the herb artemisa (mugwort), helps tonify Qi and blood, dispel cold and dampness, and restore internal balance.
Many people experience a sense of lightness, greater bodily openness, and renewed vitality as the body clears congestion and returns to a more balanced state.
Together, these techniques work synergistically to reduce pain and inflammation, improve circulation, strengthen immunity, support digestive and hormonal balance, and promote deep relaxation and overall well-being.
